1. What is the warranty coverage on the APU?
Answer: 2 years or 2,000 hours. The Kubota engine offers a 3 year warranty.

2. What makes up the Pony Package?
Answer: Cast aluminum base plate, condenser, fan, radiator, Gates hoses, belts, Cooper Busman electric fuse and relay box, electronic control box, wiring harnesses, alternator, compressor (Ford), spring loaded tensioner, A-belt water pump, exhaust water heat exchanger, water lines, formed thin wall stainless steel tubing that connect to ¾" heater hoses and clamps. Includes a steel mounting frame on rubberized dampers.

3. How much does it weigh?
Answer: Pony Pack 200 adds a total of 300 pounds to the weight of a truck.

4. Are there installation wiring harnesses that "plug and play" ?
Answer: Yes. However, the next upgrade will provide additional wiring harnesses designed to reduce installation time and over all maintenance.

5. Do you have installation/service centers?
Answer: Yes. They are listed in our customer sections of the website. However, most buyers desire to install their own units. One selling point of the unit is that they can install their own units.
a. Do you have installers? We are interested in developing some additional installers/sales groups. We have our Installer Agreements that can be negotiated in a short period of time.
b. Installer trainers? Yes, and more are being engaged daily.
c. How do you engage installer/service centers? Potential installers/dealers should be submitted to Rex Greer and we will work to develop the installer/dealers.

6. What kind of inventory do the installers carry?
Answer: A limited parts inventory is required. Most of our parts are available at most light truck repair parts and service centers.

Answer: Depending upon the quantity, from order received to delivery date is normally within 30 days.

11. How will state laws effect the Kubota engines emissions in the future?
Answer: Currently, Kubota meets current standards, including CARB. We are sure they will see the need for compliance. There are other options, i.e. Perkins, etc.

12. Since the Pony Pack® 200 has its own compressor and alternator, if the truck compressor and/or alternator fails, will the Pony Pack 200's compressor and alternator provide enough engine support to allow the truck to continue to function until it can be repaired at a preferred shop?
Answer: Yes, Pony Pack can work in place of the failed component(s) for an extended period of time, allowing on the road repair expenses to be reduced or even eliminated.

13. Can Pony Pack 200 help improve engine starts in cold weather?
Answer: Yes, the Pony Pack 200 is constantly circulating hot water through the engine and its systems, all but eliminating pre-trip engine idling and certainly reducing cold cranking wear on engine batteries.

14. Can Pony Pack assit in financing of the Pony Pack 200?
Answer: Yes, we have several sources of financing for the Pony Pack 200. Our sources can finance A, B C or D credit risk and you can be enjoying the value of the Pony Pack for very little upfront cash.

15. Can the Pony Pack unit be moved from one tractor to another?
Answer: Yes, the ease of installation will allow the switching of the Pony Pack 200 to another truck at trade time.

16. Does Pony Pack 200 require any modification to the truck cab?
Answer: No, Cutting or drilling into the truck's cab reduces the structural strength in the cab body. No cutting is required to install the Pony Pack.

17. Does the Pony Pack 200 require the use of "under the bunk" storage space?
Answer: No, the entire Pony Pack unit is outside of the cab of the truck and the driver does not loose any valuable storage space.
