Specifications

Heating, cooling, engine warming, and battery charging, all in one package!  The Pony Pack® 200 integrates with on-board equipment to give you a clean, elegant solution to excessive idling.

Heating: Engine exhaust heat, transferred to the antifreeze, keeps the truck engine warm even in the coldest conditions.  An in-line pump installed in the cab heater core supply hose circulates the same hot collant through the heater core, providinig a warm cozy, cab and sleeper.  Our customers tell us the Pony Pack can elevate a cold engine from 0° F to 150° F in just two hours.

Cooling:  Combine the Pony Pack 200 compressor and condenser with your existing evaporators, duct work, blower motors and panel controls and you have the ultimate auxiliary cooling arrangement.

Charging:  The Pony Pack 200 110 Amp Ford alternator keeps your batteries charged so you can enjoy all your on-board 12 volt electronic conveniences all the time.

Cleaner Emissions:  Compared to conventional I.D.I. engines in the same class, Kubota's Super MINI Series has attained cleaner exhaust thanks to E-TVCS.  All engines in this series will meet CARB ULGE regulations.  Engines which have passed CARB ULGE regulations must still have the Approved Label affixed to be certified for sale in California.  These engines require a special data gathering/control, assembly and engine adjustment.  A seperate order-production system must be kept from other general use products.
